Launched in May 2023 in co-direction with the CERIEC of the \u00c9TS (Centre d\u2019\u00e9tudes et de recherches intersectorielles en \u00e9conomie circulaire), the Food Systems Lab is a collaborative innovation space <\/strong>set up to bring together stakeholders in Quebec\u2019s food systems with the aim of co-developing structuring solutions for the circular economy<\/strong>*. These solutions aim to reduce food waste, limit environmental impact and preserve resources, while strengthening the solidity of the Quebec supply chain<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Food waste between retail distribution and consumption<\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

La Transformerie has collaborated with UQAM\u2019s Ecological Transition Research Chair to explore the issue of food waste <\/strong>in retail outlets and households.
