Change in every mouthful
The purpose of the Le goût du changement event is to improve the local food system, to reinforce the impact of innovative social projects related to food and ensure their sustainability. Over the past three years, the event has invited innovative businesses and projects in the food sector to get together to present their vision and approach, and also to connect and share experiences.
This year, the public was invited to taste the famous La Transformerie fruit spreads, since their products will be found on store shelves by the end of the year. Eventually, the products will be sold in the stores where food was collected. This is a prime example of a circular economy that helps merchants achieve better stock management.”
